Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto on Tuesday launched an ambitious program to develop 100 gigawatts of solar power capacity within three years, from just 1.5 GW of current installed capacity. The estimated cost is $73 billion, as Southeast Asia's largest economy seeks to reduce its reliance on fossil fuels and rising import bills.
