Cadeler A/S doubles revenue and EBITDA in the first half of the year, Q2 revenue up 432% to EUR 282.8 million
Offshore wind installation contractor Cadeler A/S announced that its adjusted first-half revenue and EBITDA more than doubled year-on-year. Second-quarter revenue reached €282.8 million, a 432% increase year-on-year; EBITDA was €160.6 million, up 106%; and net profit was €95 million, a 73% increase. The company's fleet utilization rate improved from 76% in the same period last year to 85%. Additionally, Cadeler acquired Menck, a foundation installation equipment supplier, for approximately €500 million, and delivered its second A-class vessel, Wind Ace, ahead of schedule on July 17. The company maintained its independent revenue guidance for 2026 at €854 million to €944 million, and EBITDA guidance at €420 million to €510 million, with a current order backlog totaling €2.5 billion.
