The firm is bullish on SanDisk due to its signed multi-year data center contracts valued at $93.9 billion. These New Business Model (NBM) agreements lock in future revenue, transforming the company from a cyclical NAND supplier into an enterprise with stable revenue visibility. SanDisk reported revenue of $8.96 billion in Q4 FY2026 (announced on August 5), a 371.59% year-over-year increase, and non-GAAP EPS of $39.25, exceeding market expectations. The company projects Q1 FY2027 revenue to be between $10.3 billion and $10.8 billion, with non-GAAP EPS of $44 to $46.
