The crypto infrastructure firm, which serves high-profile partners including Morgan Stanley's E*Trade and BlackRock, is making a second effort with a significantly narrower focus. Its initial application for a U.S. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) trust bank charter was returned last month due to material deficiencies. The public comment period for the new application is open until September 17.
