The U.S. will release July Personal Consumption Expenditures (PCE) inflation data later on Wednesday (26th). The market expects annualized core and headline inflation rates to remain above 3%, far exceeding the Federal Reserve's 2% inflation target. This report may make Federal Reserve Chairman Kevin Warsh uneasy ahead of his keynote speech at the Jackson Hole annual meeting on Friday.
