The US Personal Consumption Expenditures (PCE) Price Index for July increased by 0.2% month-over-month, surpassing the estimated 0.1% rise. Annually, the PCE Price Index climbed 3.7%, also above the 3.6% forecast. Meanwhile, the Core PCE Price Index, which excludes volatile food and energy components, rose 0.2% month-over-month and 3.3% year-over-year, both aligning with economists' estimates.
