U.S. July core Personal Consumption Expenditures (PCE) rose 0.25% month-over-month, with an annualized increase of 2.99%. This is largely consistent with the July 2025 data, keeping the 12-month change rate at 3.34% (2.86% in July 2025). On a three-month annualized basis, core PCE was 3.0%; on a six-month annualized basis, core PCE was 3.5%.
