Abercrombie & Fitch Q2 2026 EPS of $4.17 beats guidance on $100M tariff refunds, raises full-year outlook; stock jumps 11% premarket
Abercrombie & Fitch reported fiscal second-quarter results on Wednesday, with net income of $4.17 per diluted share, significantly exceeding its prior guidance of $1.80 to $2.00. This beat was primarily driven by approximately $100 million in refunds of International Emergency Economic Powers Act tariffs, which added an estimated $1.75 per diluted share. Net sales grew 5% to $1.27 billion, marking the company's 15th consecutive quarter of growth. A&F also raised its full-year earnings outlook, now expecting net income per diluted share in the range of $13.10 to $13.60, up from previous guidance of $10.20 to $11.00. The company's stock rose 11% in premarket trading on Wednesday.
