U.S. State Banking Associations Plan to Launch Blockchain Network by 2027
A consortium of 39 U.S. state banking associations has signed onto the "BankChain Alliance" to build a new bank-run blockchain network by 2027. This initiative aims to facilitate financial innovations, including tokenized deposits and stablecoins. The confederation of banks is currently seeking a technology partner for the project.
