Abercrombie & Fitch (ANF) Q2 adjusted EPS of $4.17 beats consensus of $1.99, revenue rises 5% to $1.27 billion, and full-year guidance significantly raised; shares surge ~33% today.
Abercrombie & Fitch reported its 15th consecutive quarter of sales growth. The company now expects annual sales growth of 5% (up from 3-5%), operating margin of 14.5%-15% (up from 12-12.5%), and diluted EPS of $13.10-$13.60 (up from $10.20-$11.00). The Q2 results included $100 million in tariff refunds, which added about $1.75 to diluted EPS. Abercrombie also plans to return at least $500 million to shareholders through share repurchases in fiscal 2026, having already repurchased $282 million.
