Cybersecurity giant CrowdStrike's Q2 results exceeded expectations across the board, with the company raising its full-year revenue guidance, sending its stock up 12% in after-hours trading.
CrowdStrike's Q2 earnings report, released on August 26, showed revenue of $147 million (expected $144 million) and adjusted EPS of $0.31 (expected $0.29), both exceeding Wall Street expectations. Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) reached $584 million, also surpassing market expectations. The company simultaneously raised its full-year revenue guidance to a range of $599 million to $601 million (previously expected $594 million) and projected Q3 revenue to reach a maximum of $153 million. Analysts believe that against the backdrop of surging cybersecurity demand driven by AI technology, CrowdStrike's performance has shown strong growth, and it has quickly emerged from the shadow of the Windows system "blue screen" crash incident in July.
