Netlist's stock price has surged over fivefold year-to-date, with Q2 revenue reaching $109.8 million, a 163% increase year-over-year. The company turned a profit of $1.4 million, compared to a $6.1 million loss in the same period last year. Netlist recently made significant progress in patent litigation, reaching a five-year patent licensing agreement with Samsung. Under the agreement, Netlist will receive a $239 million upfront payment and quarterly royalties of up to $32.9 million until 2031. Additionally, Netlist has filed new patent infringement lawsuits against Micron, Supermicro, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Lenovo, and has named Alphabet, NVIDIA, and Broadcom.
