TD Bank expects to return over C$13 billion to shareholders through share repurchases in fiscal year 2027.
Toronto-Dominion Bank stated that, assuming continued strong organic capital generation and risk-weighted asset growth, it expects to return over C$13 billion to shareholders through share buybacks by fiscal year 2027, with the aim of reducing its Common Equity Tier 1 (CET1) ratio to 13%.
