China's A-share market fluctuated in early trading on August 28, with the ChiNext Index rising over 1.3% at one point before turning negative. Concept stocks such as cybersecurity, hashrate hardware, and AI office collectively surged, with Kylinsec hitting a 20cm daily limit and Hongbo Co. reaching its daily limit. The Hong Kong stock market opened lower and then rose, with the Hang Seng Index and Hang Seng Tech Index turning positive. Most tech stocks rose, and CPO concept stocks surged, with Zhongji Innolight up 5%.
