GENERATE Semiconductor's H1 revenue surged by 351.40% year-on-year to 925 million yuan, with net profit soaring by 1212.20% to 607 million yuan.
Source Technology released its financial report for the first half of 2026, with revenue and net profit both achieving multi-fold growth. Among them, revenue from the data center business reached 774 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 640.29%, accounting for over 80% of the total revenue, becoming the core driver of performance explosion, mainly benefiting from the surge in demand for 800G/1.6T optical modules brought by the expansion of AI hashrate infrastructure. The company's overall gross profit margin increased to approximately 80.4%, and net cash flow from operating activities increased by 729.67% year-on-year to 488 million yuan.
