Postal Realty Trust (NYSE:PSTL) announced at a conference that the company has changed its lease renewals from a 5-year fixed term to a 10-year term, including a 3% annual rent escalation clause. Currently, 45% of its portfolio is achieving annual rent growth by 2026, and the company has raised its annual acquisition guidance from $120 million to $150 million, marking a seven-year high. Additionally, the company plans to reduce its AFFO payout ratio from 100% at IPO to 70%, with a target of 65%.
