Morgan Stanley raises CrowdStrike price target to $238, maintains "Overweight" rating.
Morgan Stanley raised its price target for CrowdStrike to $238 from $227, while maintaining an "Overweight" rating, following the release of CrowdStrike's Q2 earnings. CrowdStrike reported record net new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of $333 million in Q2, a 51% year-over-year increase, surpassing market expectations. The company's total ARR reached $5.84 billion, up 25.4% year-over-year, and revenue grew 26% year-over-year to $1.47 billion, both exceeding consensus estimates. Consequently, management raised its net new ARR growth guidance for fiscal year 2027 by 630 basis points to 34%, and increased the midpoint of its FY2027 ARR guidance to approximately $6.607 billion.
