Cosmos Labs admits wrongly clearing bug behind $5.7M six-chain hack
Cosmos Labs stated it mistakenly approved a bug that subsequently led to a $5.7 million hack affecting six chains. MANTRA Chain, one of the affected projects, reportedly lost $3.6 million and claimed the patch for the bug was released only 20 hours before the attack began, without clearly identifying the flaw it was meant to fix.
