Wall Street analysts are optimistic about SpaceX's future, believing that its ambitions in artificial intelligence (AI) and space services will drive continued stock price growth. SpaceX's AI revenue last quarter was $2.56 billion. Elon Musk expects annual recurring revenue (ARR) to grow to $100 billion by the end of 2026, with Q4 AI revenue potentially reaching $25 billion, and is projected to hit $1 trillion by 2030. However, SpaceX's AI capital expenditure was as high as $15.8 billion last quarter, and the business is currently operating at a loss, with an operating deficit of $1.2 billion. In contrast, Starlink internet service is SpaceX's only profitable business, with revenue growing 66% to $4.2 billion last quarter and an operating profit of $1.67 billion.
