Aon Nears $17 Billion Deal to Acquire Insurance Broker USI
Aon is nearing a deal to acquire USI Insurance Services, an insurance brokerage owned by private equity giant KKR, for about $17 billion including debt, according to people familiar with the matter. The deal could be announced as early as Monday. KKR has held USI Insurance since 2017.
