Palau President says failure to oppose China's missile test at Pacific Islands Forum would be "unfortunate"
Palau President Surangel Whipps Jr. stated on Sunday that it would be "unfortunate" if Pacific countries fail to reach consensus on opposing a recent missile test launch by China during the annual regional leaders' meeting hosted in his country this week. At least four leaders will be absent from the forum.
