Huawei's R&D expenses reached 121.382 billion yuan in the first half of the year, a 25.2% year-on-year increase, accounting for 25.95% of its operating revenue, according to the report. During the same period, net cash flow from operating activities was -39.885 billion yuan, compared to a net inflow of 31.183 billion yuan in the same period last year.
