Foreign media has disclosed that Moonshot AI hopes to bring its Kimi K3 model to Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, aiming to take up to a 30% share of the revenue generated from K3-related services sold on these platforms. Negotiations are still in the early stages, with disagreements between the parties on revenue definitions, data access, and token auditing. Meanwhile, Moonshot AI has already signed similar agreements with some smaller cloud platforms, such as China Soft International, which could become the first significant model revenue-sharing agreements between Chinese AI companies and major U.S. cloud vendors.
