MD Sass Q2 Investor Letter: Analog Devices (ADI) offers compelling entry point with AI-related revenue potentially contributing 1,000 bps growth
MD Sass Concentrated Value Strategy, a boutique asset management firm, stated in its second-quarter 2026 investor letter that it has added Analog Devices (ADI) to its portfolio. The firm believes ADI, one of the two largest analog semiconductor franchises globally, benefits from an improving cyclical backdrop and secular growth businesses. MD Sass estimates that AI data center and semiconductor test related revenue represents approximately 20% of ADI's sales and could contribute 1,000 basis points of revenue growth.
