Cybersecurity firm SentinelOne announced its second-quarter results, with revenue growing 21% year-over-year to $292 million, exceeding market expectations of $290.3 million. Adjusted earnings per share (EPS) doubled to $0.08, reaching the upper end of its guidance. The company's annual recurring revenue (ARR) increased by 23% to $1.16 billion, with ARR from AI security solutions tripling year-over-year. SentinelOne also raised its full-year revenue guidance to $1.2 billion-$1.21 billion and its adjusted EPS guidance to $0.30-$0.32. Despite strong performance and an upward revision of guidance, the company's stock price fell after the earnings release.
