Microsoft Outlook and OpenAI's ChatGPT Work services experience outages
OpenAI's enterprise AI agent, ChatGPT Work, experienced elevated errors and latency for about three hours on Monday, with over 1,100 users reporting issues. Separately, Microsoft's Exchange Online also faced issues, affecting nearly 4,600 users for Outlook. Both companies confirmed the outages and stated they were working on fixes, though no connection between the two incidents was reported.
