Franklin Templeton, a global asset manager, announced the appointment of In-Keun Kim as President and CEO of Franklin Templeton Investment Advisers Korea Ltd., where he will be responsible for strategy and operations. Kim previously spent six years at Western Asset Management's Singapore office and brings over 27 years of asset management experience.
