South Korea's Chung Ho Group names Choi Jin-hwan as Group CEO following Carlyle acquisition
Choi Jin-hwan will also serve as president of Crystal Holdings Korea, the group's holding company, overseeing strategy and growth. Additionally, Jeong Chang-kook has been appointed CEO of Chung Ho Nais, Microfilter, and MCM, while Jung Se-hyung will lead Nais Engineering.
