Japanese automaker Nissan Motor Company reported a 16.5% drop in global sales to 219,495 vehicles in July 2026, including models sold under the Nissan and Infiniti brands. While sales in Japan rose by 3.6% to 35,872 units, overseas sales fell by almost 20% to 183,623 units. In the first seven months of the year, Nissan's global vehicle sales were down 8% to 1,725,547 units, with sales in China dropping over 22% and North America declining by 1.3%.
