TNR Gold urges shareholders to back its board nominees in proxy fight with dissident investor ahead of Sept 22 meeting
TNR Gold Corp is asking shareholders to vote for its slate of board nominees, including John Davies and Kirill Klip, to counter a campaign by dissident shareholder Jon Christian Evensen to replace the entire board. The company criticized Evensen for using a pseudonym on social media platform X and for not offering a strategic plan, capital allocation framework, or governance roadmap. TNR highlighted its total shareholder returns of 775% over five years. The annual meeting is scheduled for September 22, 2026.
