Medtronic Raises FY2027 Outlook After Q1 Revenue Jumps 13.7% to $9.8B, Adjusted EPS Beats Expectations
Medtronic reported fiscal 2027 first-quarter revenue of $9.8 billion, a 13.7% increase, and adjusted EPS of $1.45, both exceeding expectations. The medical-device maker now projects full-year organic revenue growth of 7.25%–7.75% and adjusted EPS of $5.94–$6.00. Cardiovascular led operating momentum, with revenue up 19%, driven by an 88% global surge in Cardiac Ablation Solutions. The company also announced a $700 million strategic investment in Cornerstone Robotics and plans to separate its MiniMed diabetes business before fiscal year-end.
