Descartes acquires Extensiv for $120M
The acquisition of the warehouse management and fulfillment tech provider was announced Tuesday and funded with cash on hand. This follows Descartes' recent acquisitions of Tai for $100 million last week, Drivin for $30 million in July, and Idelic for $28 million in April, as it continues to build out its end-to-end supply chain network.
