The cybersecurity company SentinelOne, which heavily relies on AI for automated protection, reported $1.2 billion in annual recurring revenue (ARR) for its fiscal 2027 second quarter (ended July 31), up 22% year-over-year. The ARR attributable to its AI products, such as Purple AI and Prompt Security, nearly tripled. Despite a GAAP net loss of $169.5 million in the first half of fiscal 2027, the company achieved a non-GAAP profit of $40.7 million. Its stock trades at a price-to-sales (P/S) ratio of 6.6, significantly lower than competitors CrowdStrike (41.6) and Palo Alto Networks (25.6).
