Trump denies trying to force Iran to negotiate, claims "almost total control" of Hormuz Strait and collapsing Iranian economy
Former U.S. President Donald Trump stated on Truth Social that he is not attempting to compel Iran to the bargaining table, contrary to ABC News reports. He added that he is indifferent to Iran signing a "worthless" agreement, preferring the current U.S. position with "almost total control" of the Hormuz Strait and Iran's economy "totally collapsing." Trump also questioned when the Iranian people would "rise up and fight."
