Continental Reinsurance Holdings Ltd. will be the first IPO on the Botswana Stock Exchange since 2017, aiming to raise capital to develop Africa's uninsured market. The company plans to raise 2.13 billion pula (approximately $155 million) through the IPO, with one-fifth of the proceeds supporting its business expansion in Africa and the remainder used to pay exiting shareholders.
