BlackRock's global chief investment strategist, Wei Li, stated on Monday that despite tech giants like Amazon, Google, and Microsoft planning to collectively invest nearly $600 billion in capital expenditures this year, the artificial intelligence (AI) boom is still in the "massive build-out" first phase, not yet reaching widespread adoption and productivity enhancement. She believes that tech stock valuations are not overly stretched and does not currently see AI in a bubble, as companies are still delivering strong earnings.
