Investment management firm Artisan Partners disclosed in its Q2 2026 investor letter that it has added Corning Incorporated (NYSE:GLW) as a new holding. The fund believes that as AI infrastructure spending expands, demand for optical connectivity in data centers will increase. Corning, as a leading supplier of specialty glass and optical connectivity solutions, is poised for faster growth and profit expansion. Corning's stock price has fallen 8.08% in the past month, but has risen 107.73% over the past 52 weeks, closing at $145.56 on September 1.
