Data jointly released by S&P Global and RatingDog showed that China's services business activity index rose to 51.4 in August from 50.4 in July, ending its previous slowdown in growth. Employment in the services sector expanded for the fourth consecutive month, marking the longest continuous growth since 2023, with the pace of growth accelerating to its strongest level in nearly three years. However, the growth rate of new export orders slowed, and input cost pressures slightly increased.
