OCI Holdings' US subsidiary OCI Energy and Israeli energy developer Arava Power have commenced construction of the 260-megawatt SunRoper solar farm in Wharton County, Texas. The joint venture, with each company holding a 50% stake, aims to expand OCI's US power business, driven by the increasing electricity demand from artificial intelligence data centers.
