Therefore, Lionsgate Studios (NYSE:LION), with its franchises such as "John Wick" and "The Hunger Games," existing licensing agreements with Netflix, and lack of a controlling shareholder, is considered Netflix's only viable acquisition target. Lionsgate currently has a market capitalization of approximately $3.3 billion.
