India Rejects Hague Arbitration Court Ruling on Indus Waters Treaty Validity
India has rejected the Hague arbitration court's ruling that the Indus Waters Treaty remains in effect and India must continue to fulfill its obligations. Pakistan welcomed the decision. Previously, India's decision to suspend the treaty after the 2025 Pahalgam attack led to strained relations between the two countries.
