Baird analysts raised Qualcomm's (QCOM) price target to $400, projecting a 137% upside, significantly exceeding market consensus.
After Qualcomm's stock price fell 30% in the past three months, Baird analyst Tristan Gerra believes its diversification into automotive chips and AI data center computing will drive growth, setting a Street-high price target of $400. This target price represents an upside of approximately 137% from the current share price of $168.57, significantly higher than the market consensus target price of $193.10 (implying a 14.6% upside). The decline in Qualcomm's stock price was mainly due to lower-than-expected EPS in the third fiscal quarter, reduced Apple orders, and headwinds in the mobile phone business.
