GameStop has revised its exchange agreement for approximately $1.4 billion in convertible senior notes due 2030 and 2032. Under the revised terms, holders will receive approximately 55.5 million shares of stock and $358.4 million in cash, a move aimed at fixing the number of shares and reducing dilution. The company initially projected second-quarter operating income to increase to $150 million-$170 million, but net sales are expected to fall to $780 million-$800 million.
