This marks the completion of a new round of adjustments to the company's core management team, following Li Rudong's approval to serve as Chairman in August 2024. Fu Chengfeng has a long tenure within the CITIC Bank system, having previously served as Assistant General Manager of the Retail Credit Department at the head office, Vice President of the Hangzhou Branch, and President of the Yinchuan Branch. As of the end of 2025, CITIC Consumer Finance's total assets reached 13.337 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 16.84%.
