Vistra (VST) has signed 20-year power purchase agreements (PPAs) with Meta Platforms for 2,600 MW of nuclear power and with Amazon Web Services (AWS) for 1,200 MW of carbon-free power. Additionally, the company committed $1 billion to Helix Digital Infrastructure alongside NVIDIA and KKR, positioning itself as a preferred power provider for AI data centers. Vistra reported Q2 2026 Adjusted EBITDA surged 30% to $1.77 billion.
