Zscaler's revenue growth is projected at 25% for fiscal year 2026, but its guidance for fiscal year 2027 indicates a slowdown to 16.6%-17.5%.
Cloud security company Zscaler (Nasdaq: ZS) reported Q4 FY2026 revenue of $898 million, with full-year revenue up 25% year-over-year, and total annual recurring revenue (ARR) reaching $3.8 billion. Management called AI "the biggest tailwind we've ever seen," with AI security bookings growing over 50% quarter-over-quarter. However, the company's revenue guidance for FY2027 is $3.908 billion to $3.938 billion, implying a growth rate of 16.6%-17.5%. CFO Kevin Rubin attributed the slowdown in growth to the time required for sales transformation and the adoption rate of new products, such as the Agentic SecOps solution.
