Salesforce announced the launch of Koa, its first enterprise-grade AI inference model, at the Dreamforce technology conference. Koa is based on NVIDIA's open-source Nemotron model and has been specifically trained to optimize tasks related to sales, marketing, and customer support. Koa aims to provide enterprise customers with a more efficient and economical solution than general frontier models.
