HIVE Digital Technologies Ltd. announced the appointment of Hubert Marleau, a Canadian veteran with over five decades of cross-border capital markets and governance experience, as an independent director to the board of its subsidiary, BUZZ HPC. Marleau previously served as a governor of the Montreal and Vancouver Stock Exchanges and chairman of the Toronto Stock Exchange's Listing Committee, and has been a director of over 50 Canadian and U.S. public companies. This appointment aims to strengthen independent oversight and support BUZZ HPC in expanding its sovereign AI infrastructure platform in Canada. BUZZ HPC will participate in the ALL IN 2026 conference in Montreal from September 16-17.
