Daewoo E&C to modernize 250km Karakum Canal section in Turkmenistan
South Korea's Daewoo Engineering & Construction (Daewoo E&C) will cooperate with Turkmenistan to modernize a 250-kilometer section of the Karakum Canal. The firm and Turkmenistan's State Committee for Water Management signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for the project on Tuesday, aiming to expand Daewoo E&C's presence in Turkmenistan's industrial sectors.
