Payward (Kraken parent) plans to offer U.S. clients onchain perpetual futures via Hyperliquid protocol
The company aims to become the first registered U.S. exchange to deploy markets on Hyperliquid, leveraging its $550 million acquisition of Bitnomial. The contracts would be listed under the rules of Bitnomial Exchange, which is regulated by the CFTC, subject to regulatory approval.
